We have an in house manufacturing and production facility.

Once we get the design from the design department, we start the production.

Mould Making

We have infrastructure that gives us speed of mould making. This stage is time consuming, but it is necessary for rolling out good products as fast as possible.

Ceramic Infusion

The moulds are then laid for ceramic infusion. The mould are used daily and there is a daily batch type production system.

The shapes are then taken and distributed into different batches as per the requirement of the finishes.

Paining / Glazing

The finishing is then done by a skin treatment system that applies the paint on the shape. This is our manufacturing technology cutting edge. We are so proud to say that our finishes are the best. Many industries can make the best shapes, but rolling our a paint that lasts long is a big challenge.

Quality Checks

The finished goods go for rigorous quality checks and controls before they are finalized packed for delivery. The packing is done to suit a Gift article, such that it a has a long shelf life for Retailer as well as the user.

Capacity

We have a capacity to produce _______ pieces of Small size and ________ pieces of medium sized articles per day. This capacity is expanding because of our investments in systems and technology.
